Jan spent nearly ten years at Beds & Bars, progressing from developer to CTO and overseeing technology, customer service and central hostel administration. That put him where software promises meet real workflows, busy property teams and the guests they look after.

He helps teams work out what to build, what to buy and what to leave alone. From finding the right suppliers and planning around missing pieces to overseeing rollouts and ongoing maintenance, he connects what a business needs with what its systems actually do. The awkward bits between systems, suppliers and people? That’s usually where he starts.

Stu is English, lives in Amsterdam, and spent more than twenty years at Cisco, starting in IT support and moving through project management and data analytics to overseeing major system-onboarding programmes. He brings a practical eye to complicated operational change: the people, the timing, and what needs to work on Monday. His approach is to ask straightforward questions, keep the plan honest, and make sure the working version makes sense to the people using it.
